This fall, we’re opening the floor to YOU. The National Office has put together a list of potential changes to the Canadian Improv Games, and we want your feedback before anything is finalized on November 7th.

Linked below is a document outlining possible updates to our programming. These suggestions range from scorecard adjustments to changes in scene length, and represent ideas gathered through conversations with volunteers, players, coaches, and other members of the CIG community. The proposals come in three levels: suggested adjustments for this season, possible adjustments for further discussion, and finally wilder ideas that could be explored down the road

Here’s how you can participate:

  • Read the proposals: Explore the full document below.
  • Take the survey: Share your thoughts on each suggested change.
  • Join Office Hours: Starting Thursday, September 25 at 12:00 EST, drop in to chat with Program Manager AL Connors about all things CIG.

Our goal is to make the Canadian Improv Games more accessible, exciting, and welcoming to both new and returning teams. Every idea has pros and cons – and your voice matters in shaping the future of our program.
